As a Master Certified ADHD Coach (MCAC), I have been supporting adults with ADHD for over 14 years.
I know ADHD from multiple perspectives — professional and human. Several people in my close circle are directly impacted, which has fostered a nuanced, respectful, and deeply grounded understanding of this reality.
