What can I do for you as a MCAC Coach (Master Certified ADHD Coach)

As a trained and experienced coach who met the highest standards of ADHD coaching, certified by PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches) and trained by ADDCA, I can help by creating a safe and confidential space to thrive with your ADHD. Together we will dig and find ways to handle the responsibilities and activities made harder by your ADHD symptoms. I will coach you towards purpose, possibilities and choices that fit with your strengths. We will focus on practical ways to deal with everyday tasks that might be tougher because of your disease.

How do I work?

Our first session is dedicated to discover how ADHD manifests in your day-to-day life and together we will decide where we want to put our main focus in order for you to thrive with your ADHD. In coaching words: we define our big agenda.

The following sessions, because life continue to unfold on its own rhythm, we will address the challenges happening in your life while keeping in mind our big agenda

ADDERs easily forget their wins and strengths and focus on their struggle which affect negatively their performance and self esteem. We will work together to dig up your strengths and use them as a compass to take us towards thriving with your ADHD

In summary, during our ADHD coaching sessions, I use methods such as goal setting, prioritizing, planning and scheduling, problem solving, stress management, motivation, confidence and self-esteem, homework and activities.

We all know motivation for Adders is a big challenge. I will help you to find a way to maintain your motivation, to keep your focus, to carry out your plan, to figure out actions and prioritize them in order to reach your goal without being overwhelmed.

As your coach I will be your regular accountability partner and we will meet every week over ZOOM or in person.

For more information on my coaching services or to schedule an appointment, I invite you to send me an email. I will answer you within 24 hours.

I am committed to :

  • Guide you and create a safe, secure and confidential space where you can, at your own pace, achieve the goals you have set for yourself by using my services;

  • Focus on the main reason for your requesting my coaching services;

  • Be at your side and accompany you in good times as well as in difficult times. Always hold out to you a supportive and caring hand because we human beings rarely see our inner beauty as it is;

  • Enable you to acquire an attitude of self-compassion. Any lasting change must necessarily take root in a radical acceptance of who we are. Otherwise, we lose our energy fighting with our own demons. The highest form of human intelligence is to observe oneself without judgment (Krishnamuri);

  • Accompany you through professional ADHD coaching lenses and become aware of the unconscious behaviors that sabotage your progress and hinder the achievement of your goals in the field for which you came to. The eminent neuroscience researcher Bruce Lipton has demonstrated in his research that we lead our lives with 95% unconsciousness. In other words, the majority of our decisions are made mechanically even if they do not go in the direction of the goal we have set ourselves. As your coach, I will point out these incongruences and allow you to make choices aligned with the goals you have set for yourself;

  • I will lead so that you will become aware of what drives you, your true values and your intrinsic vitality and honor and thereby eliminate your self-criticism whose role is no longer relevant;

  • Celebrate with you both failures and successes. For me, there are no failures. There are only experiences that lead to the achievement of an objective. Resilience allows the experience to become a stepping stone to a better outcome;

  • As a stress management certified coach, I will teach you some techniques that will allow you to better manage your stress because we all know that when we want to make either minor or major changes, our stress level increases and often sabotage our desire to change. (See SERVICES /Stress management).

  • Keep myself up to date with the latest research and developments in my coaching areas.

What I will not do as a coach.

  • Do the work for you.

  • Try to change or challenge your beliefs, values or goals;

  • Expand or dwell on the pain, injury or trauma you may have experienced in the past;

  • Try to find the answers for you. You are the only expert of your life;

  • Lecture, moralize or tell you what to do.
